Do you ever ask. . . . . .what could be?
I’ve been thinking about that question a lot lately. Especially when I’m painting. How to push the work a bit further. . . . .trying new things. This is the time of my “summer break”– 2 months of exploration in and outside of the studio.
Robert Genn told us: “When the faintest glimmer of an insight appears, the wise artist explores in that direction. To evolve, artists need to exploit their glimmers.”
This is the summer of exploring new insights - - the glimmers - - keep an eye out for new work from me in the coming weeks.
“Art is, after all, only a trace — like a footprint which shows that one has walked bravely and in great happiness.” ~Robert Henri
